Description:
Cartage Xperts is seeking dependable and safety-focused Full-Time CDL Drivers (Class A or B) to support our airport pick-up and delivery (P&D), refrigerated (reefer), and pharmaceutical freight operations.
This position includes a mix of local and regional routes throughout the work week. Drivers should expect overnight stays as required based on route assignments.
This is a full-time role offering guaranteed 40 hours per week, with overtime paid after 40 hours. Drivers are scheduled to work 5 days per week and must maintain flexibility for one designated flex day based on operational needs.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles in the fleet
- Perform daily Pre-Trip and Post-Trip inspections
- Monitor and operate refrigerated (reefer) equipment as required
- Handle temperature-sensitive and pharmaceutical freight in compliance with company and customer requirements
- Complete scheduled airport, local, and regional P&D assignments
- Maintain accurate daily pickup and delivery records
- Communicate with dispatch regarding assignment status and updates
- Report maintenance or repair needs promptly
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
Requirements:
- Valid Class A or B Class CDL
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience in the applicable CDL class
- Clean driving record
- Ability to operate safely in both local and regional environments
- Experience with refrigerated (reefer) transport preferred
- Experience handling pharmaceutical or temperature-sensitive freight preferred
- Airport pick-up and delivery (P&D) experience a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to complete required company, customer, security, and safety training in English and pass written and electronic testing requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and comply with DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements
- Must meet DOT physical qualification requirements
- Clean driving record and acceptable PSP/MVR
