Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate has previous baking experience, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing quality baked goods. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products according to company recipes and standards.
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain product quality and consistency throughout the baking process.
- Keep the work area clean and follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with ingredient preparation and other bakery duties as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of baking experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership ability and a willingness to support the team.
- Ability to work independently as well as with others.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
