CDL A TEAM Driver in
Hutchins, TX
If you have experience as a Class A CDL Truck Driver for companies like
FedEx, Western Express, Dollar General, Amazon, or Werner, you may be the perfect candidate!
Do you have a Class A CDL and an impeccable safety record? We are immediately hiring
Class A CDL - FedEx Ground Team Truck Drivers! We are looking for dedicated and professional truck drivers to handle
unassigned, Over-the-Road FedEx Ground runs from the
Hutchins, TX area safely and efficiently!
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Must possess one year of verifiable Tractor Trailer experience in the last three years
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record – No accidents or tickets in the past 3 years
- Must have or be ready to attain a doubles/triples endorsement
- Ability to follow instructions and complete required training
- Complete Background Check, MVR Screening, Clearinghouse login, and Drug Test
- Prefer candidates who can drive a manual transmission and have no driving restrictions
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate tractor-trailer combination, including doubles (and triples, where applicable)
- Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip and safety inspections on equipment
- Drop & Hook Only – No-touch Freight!
- Verify and complete required documentation and reports
- Maintain accurate daily logs
- Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch (e.g., delays, arrivals, equipment problems), as required
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
- Perform other duties as required
PAY AND BENEFITS:
- Pay: $1,600 – $2,300 per week (depending on lane, miles, and duration out)
- Pay per mile: Up to $0.75/mile + additional pay for 5,000+ miles per week
