Overview
We need to fill a Maintenance Technician position in our Maintenance Department. We will consider seasoned technicians as well as young technicians with a solid education.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on building systems, conveyors, and equipment
- Repair plumbing issues, including leaks and blockages
- Address damaged electrical wiring and ensure electrical safety
- Implement preventative measures to reduce the risk of future issues
- Identify and fix potential safety hazards to prevent injuries
Requirements
- Versatile technician with a broad skill set, capable of learning new tasks efficiently
- Flexible schedule and certain days
- Proficient with basic tools and mechanical tasks
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of verbal and written instructions
- Familiarity with hand tools and equipment
- Competence in working on simple motor controls and gearing
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
Pay will be commensurate with experience and capability.
