We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installer with hands-on experience installing a variety of flooring materials. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with customers and teammates, and works efficiently while maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities
- Install various flooring types including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, and carpet (as applicable)
- Measure, cut, and prepare flooring materials accurately
- Prepare subfloors and job sites for installation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Complete projects on schedule while ensuring quality workmanship
Requirements
- Proven experience as a flooring installer
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
