- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy

- Perform general office administrative tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to skillfully handle the unexpected and adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner
- High school diploma or equivalent. Some college or professional school preferred
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
