When the dish pit is clean and fast, the chefs cook better, service runs smoother, and guests remember the night. When it isn’t, nothing else works. We’re hiring three stewards right now.Your role
- Wash, sanitize, and restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans throughout service.
- Keep kitchen floors, walls, and surfaces clean and safe all shift.
- Handle trash, recycling, and cleaning supply restocks.
- Support banquet service by organizing equipment and staging for plating.
- Assist chefs with basic prep and kitchen setup when asked.
- Follow every food safety, sanitation, and health standard without exception.

Compensation & schedule
- $15–$17 / hr, based on experience.
- Free shift meal each shift.
- Part-time, event-based hours — primarily Fri / Sat / Sun, occasional weekday events.
