This position has typical work hours Monday – Friday from 7:30AM – 5:00PM, Saturday as needed
Job Summary:
The Wholesale Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations within a high-volume wholesale distribution environment. This role ensures the efficient handling, storage, and shipment of bulk goods to meet customer demands and delivery schedules. The supervisor leads a team of warehouse associates, maintains inventory accuracy, and enforces safety and operational standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong logistics experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced wholesale setting.
Essential Functions and Tasks:

Supervise and coordinate all warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping

Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to meet productivity, accuracy, and safety goals

Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders

Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse to optimize efficiency

Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards

Keep track of employee schedules and timecards

Oversee proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment

Any other duties assigned by the store manager
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED required; additional education in logistics or supply chain preferred

3–5+ years of warehouse experience in a wholesale or distribution environment

1–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
-
Experience in warehouse management
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Forklift experience preferred

Valid driver's license

Clean driving history

Reaching and pushing/pulling – the ability to reach for items, push carts, or pull equipment will be necessary for daily activities.

Sitting – there will be times this position will be needed to sit for prolonged periods of time.

This position will also be required to operate certain machinery and other equipment safely.
Work Environment:
This position will require employees to work in certain weather conditions, such as heat, cold, as well as potentially confined spaces.
