We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and customer service-driven Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently using hotel management software
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, requests, or complaints
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed
- Provide local information and recommendations to guests
- Handle guest issues or emergencies calmly and effectively
- Follow all safety and security protocols
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
