United Heritage Group (UHG) is hiring a Medical Records Auditor Intern for Summer 2026 through our Emerging Leaders Internship Program — a 90-day paid internship built for college students who want real-world experience in healthcare administration, compliance, and business operations. Non-remote position.
This isn't a coffee-fetching internship. You'll do meaningful work, learn how a growing healthcare company operates, and get direct exposure to leadership from day one.
What You'll Do
- Review electronic patient records for accuracy and completeness
- Identify missing documentation and compliance gaps
- Maintain audit logs and tracking reports
- Support quality assurance and operational improvement projects
- Work alongside experienced managers and company leadership

Who We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled college student (any major, any year)
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- No healthcare experience required — we train the right person
Preferred Majors: Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Pre-Med, Information Systems, or related fields
Top performers may be considered for permanent roles in Medical Records, Quality Assurance, Compliance, HR, Operations, or Executive Support upon graduation.
