Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items efficiently while adhering to food safety standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to ensure timely food preparation.
- Manage customer transactions at the register, processing cash, credit card, and retail sales transactions with precision.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following sanitation procedures and ensuring proper food handling practices.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or the food industry is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude focused on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
