NOW HIRING – EQUIPMENT OPERATORS & END DUMP TRUCK DRIVERS Jacksonville, FL – Project
ACPLM, Inc. is expanding our field operations in the Jacksonville area and is currently seeking experienced Equipment Operators and End Dump Truck Drivers for an upcoming project.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced construction professionals who want to work on a large-scale project with an established company.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Equipment Operators
- Experienced operators needed.
- Experience operating heavy equipment in a landfill, earthwork, grading, or site development environment is strongly preferred
- Must be comfortable working around other heavy equipment, trucks, and active construction operations
- Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and identify/report safety or mechanical concerns
End Dump Truck Drivers
- Experienced end dump drivers needed to haul materials on and around the project
- Construction, landfill, aggregate, or site development experience preferred
- Must have a valid License and a safe driving record
- Must be comfortable operating around heavy equipment and working in an active construction environment
- Responsible for completing required vehicle inspections and maintaining safe vehicle operation
PROJECT LOCATION
Jacksonville, Florida
This position is intended for candidates who are local to the Jacksonville area or are able to reliably report to the Jacksonville project site.
We are specifically recruiting in the Jacksonville market rather than requiring employees to commute from our Tampa location.

- Have previous experience operating heavy construction equipment or driving end dump trucks
- Show up on time and are dependable
- Can work effectively as part of a construction crew
- Understand the importance of jobsite safety
- Can follow directions and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
- Take care of company equipment and report mechanical or safety concerns
- Are willing to work outdoors in Florida weather and in an active construction environment
