```Job Summary:
In home private duty care/ private pay provided for female in her home
Evening- Part time hrs available working at 7pm until 9pm will be paid for working 4 hrs while only working 2 hours most of shifts
Evening- Part Time hours available working 4pm-8pm offered Monday through Sunday 7 evenings a week, looking for someone wanting to work at least 3-4 shifts a week
Only needs assistance with dressing, medication reminder. Very light house keeping

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation and Dressing.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Medication reminders
- Monitor patients' condition and report any changes or concerns
Requirements:
- Proven experience 15 years or more as a CNA or CMA
Background Check and Driving records pulled
