Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, coordinating shifts, and ensuring smooth service flow.
- Lead staff training initiatives to enhance skills in food preparation, customer service, POS systems (including Aloha and Micros), and food safety procedures.
- Oversee food handling, preparation, and presentation standards to maintain quality and consistency across all menu items.
- Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and manage stock replenishment to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety management and sanitation standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile POS reports at shift end.
- Support hiring processes by interviewing candidates and participating in staff development programs to foster team growth and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, staff training, and performance coaching.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and food handling regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for managerial communication, customer service excellence, and team leadership.
- Experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus.

Pay: $850.00 - $1,100.00 per week
