Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Operate POS systems to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Engage with customers warmly, offering product recommendations and ensuring an outstanding service experience
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food handling, preparation areas, and equipment
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate transactions
- Assist with food preparation tasks including ingredient measuring, blending, and packaging
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness to ensure quality
- Farmers Market availability (training provided)
Pre-Req's but not Required
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in the food industry or coffee experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Needs to have a drivers license (required)
