Job Description:
A warm and welcoming private family in North Tampa is seeking an experienced, professional, and development-focused Nanny to become a long-term member of their fully staffed household.
The family has three boys aged 5 years, 3 years, and 8 months and is looking for a career nanny who genuinely enjoys working with children at different developmental stages and takes pride in creating a nurturing, structured, and engaging environment.

Schedule
Monday to Friday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Flexibility for occasional additional hours is appreciated
International travel approximately twice per year, as well as occasional domestic travel including Orlando and beach destinations, typically for up to one week

Minimum 5 years of professional nanny experience
Previous experience working in private households with multiple children
Excellent references from previous employers
Valid U.S. driver's licence with a clean driving record
Eligible to be added to the family's car insurance policy
Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning
Ability to maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
Requirements:

Salary Offered: $ 83,200 DOP +
