Responsibilities:
The Inventory Manager is responsible for assisting the New & Pre-Owned Manager and overseeing the daily operations of the dealership’s used car department. The role involves managing inventory to ensure pre-owned vehicles are ready for retail sale to customers.
- Assists Pre-Owned Manager with tracking vehicles through our Reconditioning Process.
- Maintains vehicle inventory through Vauto. Monitors the vehicle’s progress through the Service Department, Photography and Merchandising; provides confirmation the Vehicle has been fully processed for a Retail Sale to a Customer.
- Ensures that used vehicles purchased and/or traded-in are stocked into Vauto and the Service Department is ready to proceed with any necessary repairs.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills as it relates to managing inventory, processes and administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a Maryland sales license.
- Previous experience with Vauto Inventory System is a plus but not require
