We’re looking for a motivated and caring Lead Teacher to join our team and help us build on our already amazing culture.

We are looking for a Toddler Teacher, Lead Pre-K Teacher, 2-2.5 Year Old Teacher, and a Part-Time Floater to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do
As a Lead Teacher, you will:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where children can grow and explore
- Plan and implement daily lessons using our proprietary curriculum tailored to encourage creativity and cognitive development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
- Foster the social, emotional, and academic growth of children through structured activities and play
- Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Build positive relationships with parents and provide regular communication about their child’s development
- Mentor and collaborate with assistant teachers to support classroom operations
- Complete accurate attendance records, incident reports, and daily logs via Procare
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events
Qualifications
To be considered, candidates must meet the following:
- Must be at least 18 years old (25+ if driving a bus)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with young children
- Knowledge of State and Local childcare regulations
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and sit at children’s level
- Physically able to lift and carry children when needed
