Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Jonas Encore
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
- Strong knowledge of POS systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with upselling techniques to enhance sales and guest satisfaction
- Prior host/hostess or serving experience is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous history in working in Country Club atmosphere
- Fine Dining Experience Required

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
