ZyCal Bioceuticals Healthcare Co., Inc. is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant/ Paralegal to join our team. This vital role offers the opportunity to support executive leadership by helping manage multiple tasks and projects for a small, growing organization. Responsibilities
- Act as the CEO’s right hand to align priorities and drive execution across all business needs while also supporting the Product Marketing Manager.
- Proactively anticipate needs, solve problems, and manage day-to-day workflow
- Maintain awareness of key company initiatives, leadership priorities, and organizational developments to ensure alignment and follow-through.
- Handle much of the reporting and administrative functions within marketing including pulling data and creating excel summary reports.
- Attend meetings, take notes, capture action items, produce summaries, and ensure follow-through and accountability across teams
- Help maintain a polished, professional, and high-performing office environment that reflects company culture and leadership standards
- Assist with executive recruiting, interview coordination, and leadership reporting
- Step into ambiguous situations, identify what needs to be done, and take ownership without requiring detailed instruction
Requirements
- Must have corporate EA experience and be highly polished , yet able to thrive in an entrepreneurial hands-on culture and know how to "get things done"
- Paralegal experience to support patent/trademark law firm, provide basic contract proof-reading/support and any HR matters is strongly preferred.
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry skills to support Marketing.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-moving setting.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and key projects essential for growth, as well as proofreading, and office filing.
- Technical proficiency in office productivity software combined with strong time management skills.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
