Overview
Curio Healthcare is building a national, life-stage specific behavioral health platform for women (fertility, pregnancy/postpartum, and menopause).
We are currently onboarding Spanish Speaking independent licensed therapists and behavioral health practices who are already credentialed with major commercial insurance payers and are looking to rapidly grow their patient volume.
This is not a traditional employment role.
This is an opportunity to expand your existing practice by leveraging Curio’s patient demand, infrastructure, and administrative support.

Who This Is For (Strict Requirements)
We are only considering providers who meet ALL of the following:
- Fully licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, etc.)
- Active Type 1 NPI (and Type 2 NPI if operating as a group/practice)
- Already credentialed and in-network with multiple major commercial payers in at least one or more states.
Examples of major payers include:
- Cigna
- Aetna
- UnitedHealthcare
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
Preferred (Not Required)
- Credentialed with Medicare and/or Medicaid
- Experience with telehealth delivery
- Experience managing moderate to high patient volume
- Interest or experience in women’s mental health (fertility, postpartum, menopause)
How This Works

- Curio Healthcare functions as your Management Services Organization (MSO):
- We bring patients
- We handle operations and coordination
- You deliver care and bill under your existing structure
- We align through fair market value (FMV) administrative services agreements
