Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment to identify issues early.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure all facilities operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Assist with setup, teardown, and maintenance of common areas, conference rooms, and event spaces as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations across all facility operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and task management.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, or working in confined spaces.
