About Us:
At DNPT Physical Therapy Group, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality in-home speech therapy services to patients throughout Orange County, CA, including but not limited to:
Buena Park, Fullerton, Anaheim, La Habra, Brea, Cypress, Garden Grove, Westminster, Huntington Beach, Santa Ana, Tustin, Irvine, Orange, Yorba Linda, Placentia, Fountain Valley, Costa Mesa, Lake Forest, Laguna Beach and surrounding areas.
We are currently seeking licensed Speech Therapists (SLP) who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of the patients we serve.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech Therapists (SLP) in the State of California
- Current CPR certification (online certifications not accepted)
- Valid CA driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality in-home speech-language pathology services.
- Evaluate, assess, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Deliver patient-centered care to improve communication, cognitive function, swallowing safety, and overall quality of life.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, home exercise programs, communication strategies, and safe swallowing practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team and participate in case conferences.
- Ensure patient safety while providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
Experience:
- Home health experience preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates.
- Experience in adult speech-language pathology, including the evaluation and treatment of speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders, is a plus.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Independent Contractor
- Expected Hours: 10–40 hours per week
Compensation:
- Competitive pay: $50–$125 per hour (depending on discipline and experience)
