Marapine is a fast-growing development company committed to creating high-quality, comfortable housing and vibrant communities where people can truly thrive. We have completed over 300 residential units, school campuses, single family houses, and various commercial projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, Basic Spanish is a plus
- AutoCAD/Bluebeam (For drawing floorplans and modifying)
- Cedreo (For 3D renders)
- Excel Proficiency
- Hands on (Boots on the ground)
- Basic MEP/Structural knowledge
Work Scope:
- Floorplans: Conduct site scans (Polycam), draft layouts, and make necessary design modifications.
- Construction Planning: Maintain and update daily/weekly calendars and task dockets to ensure smooth project flow.
- Team Coordination: Assign and delegate construction tasks to staff members, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Quality Follow-Up: Review completed work to ensure it meets standards and close task dockets accordingly.
- Material Management: Procure materials from vendors, verify inventory upon delivery, and restock essential supplies.
- Budgeting: Ensure Accounting receives invoices, receipts and budgets
- Research: Research new construction materials, methods, processes
Through these responsibilities, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing each project from concept to completion — watching your plans come to life.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
