BCBA Clinical Director
Waco, Texas | Full Time | $90,000 to $95,000

Healthcare Recruiters International is recruiting a BCBA Clinical Director for a growing ABA clinic in Waco, Texas.
This position offers the opportunity to lead and mentor a clinical team while maintaining a small caseload of approximately 2 to 3 clients and only 12 billable hours per week.
What the Position Offers
- $90,000 to $95,000 annual salary
- Quarterly bonus potential of up to $2,500
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Lead clinical operations and ensure high quality ABA services
- Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBAs and clinical staff
- Review assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
- Monitor clinical quality, client outcomes, and BACB compliance
- Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and retention
- Collaborate with clients, families, and clinical team members
- Maintain a small caseload with approximately 12 billable hours weekly
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis or a related field
- Texas LBA credential or ability to obtain it
- At least one year of experience working as a BCBA
- Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Previous clinical leadership or supervisory experience preferred
