We’re seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor – Value Added Services (VAS) to support our growing team. The Warehouse Operations Supervisor – Value Added Services (VAS) is responsible for leading and developing warehouse operations focused on value-added services, inventory recovery, returns processing, rework, and customer-specific operational solutions. This role drives operational execution through proactive leadership, labor optimization, process control, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced warehouse and 3PL environment.
Help build our future second-shift operation! This leadership role will initially work an 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM schedule and is expected to evolve into leading a dedicated second-shift operation as our warehouse continues to grow. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and helping shape the future of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Leadership

Lead and develop warehouse associates through active floor leadership and coaching.

Balance labor and workflow to maximize productivity and service levels.

Monitor daily operations, communicate priorities, and drive accountability.

Build a safe, engaged, and high-performing team.
Operations & Material Management
-
Oversee replenishment, slotting, inventory accuracy, and cycle counting.

Support efficient material flow and continuous dock-to-stock improvements.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Value Added Services
-
Lead kitting, assembly, relabeling, rework, returns, inspections, and customer-specific projects.

Continuously improve processes to increase quality, efficiency, and scalability.
Operational Excellence

Monitor KPIs and labor performance.

Standardize work processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Support warehouse technology, reporting, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications
Required
-
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred
-
3+ years of warehouse, manufacturing, fulfillment, or 3PL supervisory experience.

Experience with inventory management, replenishment, slotting, or material flow.

Experience with WMS/ERP systems and operational reporting.

Forklift certification or material handling equipment experience.
