Join our team at The Arc Mercer as a Audio Visual Manager with a focus on Community Engagement, where you'll inspire and empower individuals with developmental disabilities to explore their talents through art, music, drama, horticulture, and multimedia projects.

Establish, manage and expand community-based audio/visual programming & other activities for people with developmental disabilities which occur during the day, evening, and weekends
- Provide staff development to ensure that front-line staff and content area teachers are able to provide dynamic and engaging activities in the area's audio/visual programming.
- Collaborate with staff to integrate multimedia projects into broader program goals.

Ensure that all community based activities meet the requirements under Fee-for-service and are meeting the assessed need and interests of service recipients and their families.
- Develop and facilitate audio/visual programs that include video production, music creation, and digital storytelling tailored to the needs of adults with IDD.

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies and best practices related to audio/visual production. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Assist Community Engagement Managers during staff shortages

Participate in IDT meetings as needed
What You Need:

Bachelor's Degree in Film, Media Production, Communication or related field.

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Prior experience in TV/Radio production required.

Proven experience (3+ years) in audio/visual program management or related roles.

Solid understanding of audio/visual production processes, techniques and equipment.

Valid driver's license required.
