Position Summary
We are seeking a driven Manufacturing Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for direct labor and technical operations. In this fast-paced role, you will build strategic talent pipelines, manage high-volume requisitions, and ensure our production facilities are fully staffed with skilled professionals who meet our safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end hiring including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and pre-employment screening.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies via job boards (e.g., Indeed), professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), community outreach, and local hiring events.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers and production supervisors to understand specific skill requirements, certifications, and shift needs.
- Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring responsive communication and a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Metrics & Compliance: Track recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, applicant flow) using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure all hiring practices comply with relevant federal, state, and local employment laws.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally handling high-volume or industrial/technical skill sets.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of manufacturing equipment, production processes, and safety standards.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Education: HS Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent work experience)
Pay: $45,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
