We’re looking for an experienced Professional Handyman who takes pride in their work and wants steady, year-round employment. Your hands-on skills, positive attitude, and attention to detail will ensure every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can showcase your craftsmanship, problem-solving abilities, and passion for helping homeowners improve their everyday lives.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of residential repairs and maintenance, including but not limited to:
- Drywall repair and patching
- Painting and trim work
- Minor plumbing (faucets, toilets, disposals)
- Minor electrical (fixtures, switches, outlets)
- Door and hardware installation
- Flooring install
- Mounting TVs, shelves, grab bars, and fixtures
- Minor yard and landscaping
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Accurately document work performed and materials used
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional handyman or residential construction experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Display empathy and ability interact with customers in professional and courteous manner
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Own basic tools for scope of routine job tasks
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, photos, and notes
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in home maintenance, remodeling, or property management
- Customer-facing service experience
- OSHA or trade certifications

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
