Frontier Outdoor Living is a professional outdoor construction company specializing in decks, patios, landscaping, and structural mountain property improvements. We build projects that must perform in demanding climates and terrain.
We are hiring a skilled construction team member who wants to grow into a leadership role.
This is not an entry-level laborer position. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and wants to advance.
What You’ll Do
- Assist and lead portions of deck and patio builds
- Perform framing, layout, and installation work
- Install paver patios, retaining walls, and hardscape features
- Assist with landscaping including grading, planting, drainage, and material installation
- Operate power tools and light equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and follow plans
- Maintain clean, organized, and productive job sites
- Work in outdoor and mountain conditions
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of construction or landscaping experience
- Outdoor project experience preferred (decks, framing, hardscape, landscaping)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to think ahead and solve problems
- Leadership mindset and willingness to take responsibility
- Physically capable of lifting 80+ lbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Personal issues and transportation problems must be handled outside of work hours
