Flexible, Consistent Hours
- Part-time hourly position with shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM

Training and Support
- SOS has an LMS with robust training content for RBTs
- BCBAs work within the center and support you in person
- Company-paid BLS / CPR certification
- Company-paid QBS Safety-Care certification
Career Growth
- RBTs get a performance review every 6 months and can be promoted into Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, or Trainer roles. As a Trainer, you'll have first dibs on Office Manager positions at newly opening locations.
- Want more hours? High-performing part-time RBTs are first in line when additional hours or full-time openings become available.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $22–$26/hr (depending on experience)
- Part-time hourly employee position (W-2)

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
