Duties
- Conduct manual handling tasks including lifting, carrying, and stacking materials safely in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing items against documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by properly storing materials on pallets or shelves and ensuring all items are correctly labeled.
- Support warehouse management with inventory control, stock rotation, and cycle counting activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution or similar logistics environments with knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods; manual handling skills are essential.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse activities.
- Construction or industrial experience is a plus; familiarity with shipping & receiving processes is preferred.
