- Cargo Van, Sprinter Van, or Box Truck
- Registered LLC or INC
- Commercial Auto Insurance:
· $1,000,000 Auto Liability
· $100,000 Cargo Coverage
· Unlimited Operating Radius
- Company voided check or bank direct deposit form showing your business name
- Valid Driver's License
- Vehicle Registration or Lease Agreement (lease-to-own or buyout option required)
- Valid U.S. work authorization
