The Role
We are looking for a driven and polished Senior Aesthetic Consultant to join our Pasadena team. This is a client-facing sales role where you will be responsible for guiding clients through our service menu, presenting treatment plans, closing consultations, and building long-term client relationships that drive retention and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person consultations and present personalized treatment plans
- Educate clients on services, packages, and products
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through follow-up and relationship management
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless client experience
- Represent the JT Aesthetic brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aesthetic sales, medical spa, beauty, or high-end luxury sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable discussing aesthetic treatments and procedures with confidence
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven
