We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative who brings excellent customer service skills and commercial insurance experience. If you’re professional, organized, and eager to support both clients and agents, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver friendly, timely assistance to clients in-person, by phone, and email
- Professionally manage incoming calls and route them efficiently
- Maintain and update client files, policy documents, and databases with accuracy
- Handle data entry, scanning, filing, and general office administration
- Schedule appointments and follow up on client requests or paperwork
- Support agents with insurance document prep, policy updates, and renewals
- Monitor office supplies and help keep administrative systems running smoothly
- Take initiative and assist with additional tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Commercial insurance experience is required
- Previous experience in an insurance agency or similar role strongly preferred
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated to grow within the company

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
