Your Role & Responsibilities
As a vital member of our care team, you will provide high-quality, heart-centered care to our residents:
- Personal Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Mobility Support: Help with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning to ensure resident comfort and safety.
- Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in physical or emotional well-being; take vital signs as directed.
- Companionship: Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and a homelike environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- A genuine passion for senior care and a "heart for service".
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
- Commitment to attending all scheduled classes and clinical rotations.
Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
