***We are looking for someone with bookkeeping experience using Quickbooks to work in a temporary position. The position would be for 2 months starting mid June. The hours are 3 days per week 10am-3pm.
The daily tasks would be invoicing work orders, and taking payments.

Responsibilities
- Process billing for gardening services accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions and customer accounts.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist in preparing financial reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding billing procedures.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in billing or accounting roles, preferably within a service industry.
