Job Summary
The Deli Clerk takes care of customer orders as they come up to the counter which could entail making sandwiches, slicing deli meats weighing fresh meats and prepared foods. The position calls for you to be on your feet and moving around the sales counter for your shift, handling of knives and working with a slicing machine as well as plu-style scales.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or food service is a plus, especially in quick service or fast-food environments
- Deli Clerk should be self-motivated, outgoing and very customer friendly as you will be with that customer from start to finish.
- Clerk should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in this field of employment or willingness to learn
