Your Responsibilities
Amesbury Gardens, located in Lawrence, MA, is looking for a full-time Assistant Property Manager. The property consists of 160 units. The work hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include leasing, waitlist management, recertifications, rent collections, report preparation, work orders, processing invoices, event coordination, special projects, and overall office management.
Your Qualifications
At least 3 years of affordable housing (HUD Section 8) experience is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Experience with Yardi is a plus. COS certification is a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.

Salary range: $65,000 to $70,000 depending on experience.
