We are looking for a 2nd shift Hotel Front Desk Agent, 4 to 5 days, to serve as our guests first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities.
Required skills...
Ideally you will have hotel experience, however at least 1 year in customer service is preferred.
Wyndham property management system (PMS) operations efficiency would be great, however full training on Brand Standards and our PMS can be given to the right candidate.
Basic computer ability, a friendly, positive attitude, good communication and organization skills are essential to this role.
Your responsibilities would include...
Performing all check-in and check-out tasks
Managing online and phone reservations
Informing customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
Registering guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and stay information)
Welcoming guests upon their arrival and assigning rooms
Providing information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
Responding to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner
Communicating with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests needs
Keeping the hotel clean and organized
Folding laundry and other tasks as needed.
