About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Field Foreman to lead construction crews on a variety of infrastructure and heavy civil projects throughout the region. This is an opportunity to join a well established organization that values safety, operational excellence, and strong field leadership.
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who can coordinate crews, maintain production schedules, and deliver quality work in a fast paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily field operations from project startup through completion.
- Supervise equipment operators, laborers, truck drivers, and support personnel.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and daily work activities.
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce all company safety policies.
- Monitor production, quality, and schedule performance.
- Communicate with project management regarding project progress and field conditions.
- Conduct equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance needs.
- Complete daily production reports and project documentation.
- Foster a positive, team oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of heavy civil, infrastructure, utility, or roadway construction experience.
- Previous foreman or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of field construction operations.
- Experience working around heavy construction equipment.
- Ability to interpret construction plans and coordinate field activities.
- Valid driver's license required. CDL preferred.
- Willingness to travel and work nights, overtime, and weekends as needed.
