OTR Driver – Dry Van | Top Pay + Bonuses | No CDL Required
About the Role
We're looking for reliable, road-ready Over-the-Road (OTR) Drivers to join our growing team hauling dry van / general freight across the country. If you love the open road and want to be rewarded for your miles, this is the opportunity for you.
Expect to be out 2–3 weeks at a time with consistent freight and strong miles to maximize your earnings.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer transporting dry van freight OTR
- Plan routes and manage time to meet delivery schedules
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate logs in compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations (ELD)
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding load status or delays
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (CDL not required)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening
- Comfortable being away from home 2–3 weeks at a time
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
- Previous OTR or long-haul driving experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right person
