Luxor Healthcare Group is a growing healthcare organization operating 10 long-term care facilities across multiple states. We are seeking a resourceful, highly organized, and driven Recruiter / Labor Management Assistant to support our Director of Staffing and play a key role in workforce operations across all facilities.
This role is ideal for someone who can think on their feet, solve problems quickly, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
The Recruiter / Labor Management Assistant will work directly with the Director of Staffing to support all aspects of staffing operations, including recruitment, scheduling support, HPPD tracking, and agency management. We are looking for someone who is not only detail-oriented but also resourceful and proactive in finding staffing solutions.
Recruitment & Hiring
Manage full-cycle recruiting for nursing and support staff (RNs, LPNs, STNAs/CNAs, and ancillary roles)
Post and optimize job listings on Indeed and other platforms
Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and assist with onboarding
Use creative and resourceful sourcing strategies to fill hard-to-staff roles
Track hiring metrics and time-to-fill across facilities
Labor Management & Staffing Support
Assist in monitoring and managing HPPD (Hours Per Patient Day) across all buildings
Identify staffing gaps and quickly implement resourceful solutions
Support efforts to reduce and eliminate agency usage
Track overtime, call-offs, and staffing trends
Analytics & Reporting
Maintain staffing trackers, spreadsheets, and reports
Analyze data and provide actionable, resourceful recommendations
Assist with weekly and monthly labor reports
Operational Support
Partner with facility leadership to solve staffing challenges
Help coordinate coverage for call-offs and last-minute needs
Take initiative in resolving staffing issues before they escalate
Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR (healthcare preferred)
Highly resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with Excel (tracking, formulas, reporting)
Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and follow-through
Knowledge of HPPD or long-term care staffing is a plus
