Fast Casual Restaurant General Manager
We are looking for an energetic Fast-Casual Restaurant General Manager for an expanding fast casual concept that originated here locally in DFW. They currently have 9 locations with a 10th and 11th location opening soon. We are seeking a candidate for our Southlake, TX location.
This concept is primarily a lunch business with hours of operation from 11-9PM daily. What makes this an truly amazing opportunity is the restaurant is closed on all major holidays including Memorial Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day. GM base salary $60-65K depending on experience plus a comprehensive benefits package and a lucrative quarterly bonus program with a $30K cap.
Job Requirements:
- 2 -3 years fast-casual restaurant general management background.
- Humble servant attitude
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to lead others and develop long term relationships
- Has a track record of leading teams to success
- Hands-on management style
Physical Requirements:
- Must have the ability/stamina to work 50 hours a week.
- Ability to stand/walk for 9-10 hours per day.
- Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music, customer and employee traffic.
- Ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume, customer-focused restaurants through organization and coordination of schedules, supervision and counseling of employees, problem-solving, maintaining cleanliness, execution of marketing plans and providing great customer service.
- Must have excellent communication skills in English via writing, telephone, e-mail and in-person.
