Lucent Bridge, a sales and development firm, is seeking an AT&T Sales Associate to help bring AT&T Fiber to our customers across the area. The full-time Sales Associate will also focus on presenting the benefits that AT&T Fiber offers to customers.
As an AT&T Sales Associate, you'll connect with our customers in person to help them find solutions that meet their connectivity needs. Our sales training provides our AT&T Sales Associates with preparation on product basics and effective sales communication, ensuring they can help every customer with confidence.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Associate
- Introduce customers to AT&T Fiber solutions by exploring their needs and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
- Support daily sales activities by presenting fiber internet options that align with customers' demands.
- Explain AT&T Fiber services in a clear, approachable manner that empowers informed decision-making.
- Build strong customer relationships through attentive service, professionalism, and a commitment to positive sales experiences.
- Address customer questions thoughtfully while highlighting the everyday value of dependable fiber connectivity.
Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Associate
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Interest in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Goal‑driven mindset with readiness to grow into supervisory roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
