What You Will Do as a Physical Therapist
- Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic patient population.
- Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient’s presentation, goals, and progress.
- Use evidence-informed clinical reasoning to guide treatment decisions and progression.
- Provide hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, movement education, and patient-specific interventions.
- Educate patients so they understand their condition, treatment plan, and role in the recovery process.
- Track patient progress and adjust plans of care when clinically appropriate.
- Collaborate with fellow Physical Therapists and team members to provide an excellent patient experience.
- Complete documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore confidence, and return to the activities they value.

What We Are Looking For
- Licensed or soon-to-be licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent accredited Physical Therapy education.
- Strong interest in outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy.
