Quarter French is seeking dedicated and passionate Line Cooks to join our opening culinary team.

Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Execution
- Prepare ingredients and maintain station mise en place
- Execute menu items according to established recipes, procedures, and plating standards
- Maintain consistency in quality, presentation, and portioning
- Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Assist with station setup, breakdown, and daily preparation tasks
Teamwork & Service
- Communicate clearly and professionally with chefs and fellow team members
- Support teammates during busy services and high-volume periods
- Maintain focus, organization, and urgency throughout service
- Adapt to changing priorities while preserving quality standards
Cleanliness & Organization
- Keep stations clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Follow all sanitation, food safety, and health department guidelines
- Participate in daily cleaning responsibilities and closing procedures
- Help maintain a safe and efficient kitchen environment
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of professional kitchen experience preferred
- Experience in chef-driven, fine dining, upscale casual, or high-volume restaurants is a plus
- Strong knife skills and understanding of culinary fundamentals
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
