Nature of Work
Support and assist the project management team in assuring timely and profitable project completion. Assist with schedules, budgets, progress reviews, billings, bids, change orders, submittals, and reports. Maintains job records and files. Interface with subcontractors, owners, vendors, and company personnel to coordinate efficient completion of a project.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and administer project management documentation that may include submittals, transmittals, change orders, etc.
- Assist project manager with budgeting, tracking, billings, and projecting job costs
- Coordinate and communicate with owners, vendors, crews, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers to facilitate timely and profitable project completion.
- Maintain all job records and files; assists with archiving project documentation upon completion of project
- Develop operations and maintenance manuals, as required. · Other duties as assigned.
- Conducts actions in a professional and unbiased manner.
- Complies with all company and site policies and best practice standards.
- Continuously develops proficiency and understanding in the role.
- Maintains a professional appearance and workspace.
- Participates in and complies with all company safety and quality programs and procedures.
- Utilizes relevant company technology to support all assigned responsibilities.
- Exercise initiative or, as directed, perform additional duties to meet the needs of the organization.

Education
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent experience
Experience
- 2+ years of related work experience preferred
- Other technical experience such as military, public service, on the job training programs, etc. may meet this requirement as determined by local management
