We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers with HHA or CNA certification to provide exceptional in-home and community-based care. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring specialized medical assistance. The position offers opportunities to work in diverse settings, including assisted living facilities, home care, and private residences. Job Types: Part-time - Mornings, Afternoon & Evenings
REQUIRE: HHA/CNA and MUST BE A DRIVER and WILLING to drive clients.
Salary: $23 per hour
Responsibilities:

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support

Support patients with dementia, Alzheimer's, memory care, and other cognitive impairments through specialized care techniques

Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts and catheter care devices
-
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental health and well-being

Observe and report on the patient's condition

Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition according to dietary needs

Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning, to maintain a safe environment

Support hospice patients with compassionate end-of-life care respecting their dignity and wishes
Caregiver Requirements:

CNA License or HHA Certified with at least 2 years of Experience

Drivers/willingness to drive clients, REQUIRED

Must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to work with limited supervision.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Able to do light housekeeping.

Personal Care / Help with bathing and feeding
Experience

Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments preferred
-
Familiarity with caring for individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia is a plus
-
Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and safety procedures, such as CPR certification preferred
-
Experience working with patients requiring hospice or long-term care services is advantageous
-
Previous caregiving experience involving Alzheimer’s or memory care enhances suitability for this role

Ability to assist with complex tasks, such as catheter care, hospice support, or using a Hoyer lift, is beneficial

Candidates must demonstrate patience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail in documentation, and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for their patients.
