Job Title: Food Trailer Tour Operator
Join our dynamic team at Marketing Activations Group (MAG), where we specialize in preparing, cooking, and serving delicious food in a fast-paced, mobile environment. We prioritize exceptional customer service, food quality, and sanitation while bringing food samples to various locations.
- Fulltime position that includes monthly stipend for health insurance, cell / internet, and 401k after 6 months of employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation & Service: Prepare ingredients and cook items to order, ensuring timely service while maintaining high food quality.
- Operations & Maintenance: Drive the truck & food trailer to designated locations, operate equipment such as generators and propane, and maintain cleanliness inside and outside the trailer.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with consumers, answering questions about samples and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Inventory & Safety: Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Setup/Teardown: Efficiently set up equipment including signage and cooking stations, and conduct thorough cleaning after service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferred previous experience in cooking, as a line cook, or in a food service role.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience pulling a trailer is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy supplies, and adapt to various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proven capacity to work effectively under pressure.
